Mine doesn't even have "settings", I probably couldn't tell you what these are for, haha...

lol neither do mine, I was just thinking to myself... who really uses these memory settings anyway? My parent's have cars that have them and every time they get in they just adjust the seat by hand lol.

Some new cars are pretty fancy though they remember your key fob and your settings, so whenever you get in if anything has been changed since you were last in the car it automatically sets it back to how it was.

My mom is SUPPER picky about the seat settings in her car. She always sets them by hand and prefers that people who use the car don't do anything but slide it forwards or backwards. So, when ever I drive her car, I just set the seat memory for where she had it, adjust as needed, then recall the setting when I'm done. It took a while to convince her to feel free to move the seat in my car because I already had my 3 settings memorized.

My car can memorize settings based on the key fob. It kinda tripped me out when I grabbed a the other set of keys and got in. None of my memory settings were right. Not only does it affect the seats/mirrors, it also affects the radio. I eventually when into the console and turned the independent key setting to off. Later I realized there was a small piece of plastic on each of the key fobs that was a different color to identify each key.
